By now, you’re probably aware of the problems with autonomous cars.
But what if you were to take a driving course in the U.S.?
You’d probably be fine.
There’s just one problem.
Your instructor would be in an expensive car, and your students would probably get paid less.
That’s what happened with one of the most ambitious U.K. research projects ever undertaken.
The Drive School, a new online driving school based in London, was developed with the goal of creating an “educational model” that would help young people navigate the world.
The goal is to create “an autonomous, driverless future.”
The aim is not to replicate or even surpass the best technology that exists.
Rather, it is to provide “a set of lessons for all of us who are interested in driving, with an emphasis on safety, and how it’s possible to make autonomous driving safer and more accessible for everyone.”
The aim of the Drive School is to teach “a range of driving skills including how to navigate a congested city,” the school’s website says.
“Our aim is to inspire a young generation of drivers and to equip them with the skills necessary to achieve success in driving.”
The program, which was started in 2014, has already produced some impressive results, but its ambitious goals are set to change the face of car technology in the United Kingdom.
The Drive School’s website has recently launched a video series that shows how the system works.
The videos are an early sign that the program is making headway.
The videos show the drive system in action in the form of a simulator.
The first video shows students driving around London’s Trafalgar Square, as well as a mock test that shows them how the car responds to the road conditions.
The second video shows the DriveSchool in action at the University of Cambridge’s campus, a “high-security environment” that is supposed to mimic the real world.
And yet, the drive learning model is still very much a research project.
There are still a few bugs to work out, and the drive instructor has yet to be named.
There is no guarantee that the technology will work, but it is not impossible.
“There is some really interesting work going on right now,” said Jeremy Mould, a partner at tech company, The Drive Learning Group, who worked on the project.
“It’s a really ambitious project.
We have a lot of ideas in the pipeline and the hope is that the research and development will help make this project a reality.”
But, according to Mould and others who worked with the Drive Learning Project, there are also some problems with the system.
The driving school itself has some limitations.
Its curriculum is based on the National Driving Standards, and is designed for students in their early teens.
There will also be a lot less online learning, and a lot fewer tests.
“We’re still working through that,” said Mould.
“We’re hoping that it will all come together, but there are some areas where there’s some issues.”
The first major issue is that students will need to be in the car for a full day to learn the driving fundamentals.
“A lot of the time the learning is in the simulator, so it’s not necessarily like a real driving school,” said Michael Lips, director of the Institute for Autonomous Vehicles at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
“So you’re in the classroom, and you’re driving and you see the world, and that’s it.”
As such, students are expected to be able to drive for 30 minutes a day for three weeks.
“They’re learning how to drive,” Lips said.
“They’re not learning how the driving is going to be done, so they’re not getting an overview of what the driving looks like.
They’re not being taught how to understand the car’s system, and what it looks like when you’re not in the driver’s seat.
So that is going on before the students even get in the vehicle.
That is an issue.”
That is why the Drive school was created.
Lips told Wired that the goal is for the program to be more “a training module for the drivers and instructors,” so that the drivers can become “well-prepared” for their real-world driving.
“The drive system is very, very basic, and it doesn’t go far enough to provide the drivers with the information they need to become proficient drivers,” he said.
“It’s also really, really focused on the classroom experience, and teaching the students the basics of driving and how to deal with traffic and the environment.”
One of the driving school’s biggest problems is the lack of testing.
The students will not be driving on the real roads.
Instead, they will be driving around the city, which is the only place the Drive program can be taught in.
The drive learning system does have some limitations, though.
