The list is based on a ranking of colleges and university locations by the U.S. Department of Education.
The ranking is based only on data collected during a 10-year period and includes data on driving safety.
A number of universities, including the University of Phoenix, which has a campus in Phoenix, Arizona, have been included in the ranking because they have been ranked highly in terms of the safety of their students.
The University of Michigan, which is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, was also included in this year’s list because it is considered a safe place to study.

University of Oregon Oregon University of California, Berkeley The University, located in the heart of California’s agricultural heartland, is the second-largest university in the United States.
The school is known for its prestigious, multi-disciplinary academic program.
It offers courses in engineering, business, engineering and math, as well as advanced courses in nursing and clinical psychology.
The campus is home to the university’s flagship research university, the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine, which also includes the University College of California at Berkeley.
The university has more than 4,000 students, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation, and has about 6,000 full-time faculty members.
According to the National Association of College and University Business Officers, the university was ranked #4 in the country for the number of student-faculty relationships, according the National Survey of Colleges and Universities.
The number of students enrolled in the university has increased from 4,700 in 2000 to 5,500 in 2013, according data from the school’s Department of Economics.
In 2013, the school received a $3.3 billion grant from the U:C:B Foundation to build and expand its medical school, according a report by the University Foundation.
The grant comes after a decade-long effort by the university to create a medical school that would serve as a model for the rest of the nation.

Texas, like the University at San Antonio, has been ranked #1 in the nation for the average GPA of students from high schools in its metropolitan area.
The average GPA is 3.84, according information from the University Information Service.
The students are required to take courses in mathematics, computer science, history, philosophy, political science, English and other subjects.
According the College Information Service, the average number of full- time, full-year faculty members is more than 15,000.
The institution has more then 2,300 students.
Other colleges to rank: Carnegie Mellon University Carnegie Mellon is located outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and its school is a premier university.
It is the eighth largest in the U, with a campus of nearly 1.5 million.
The Carnegie Mellon School of Engineering and Applied Science has more about the school, including its online program, on its website, which lists its location as New York City.
The New York Times ranked Carnegie Mellon #8 in the best high schools, the best college towns and top college cities in the US.
The rankings were based on the schools’ student body size, overall enrollment, overall ranking, academic achievement and diversity.
